• We choose concert venues for their large auditoriums, concert sound and lights. Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms with lockers and there is no way to organise them from the start

• We strongly recommend to prepare for Shine as for a theatre, nightclub or corporate party and come to the party ‘on parade’ without unnecessary unnecessary things. As the practice of our guests shows it is possible, the only question is the habit

• Masterclasses are held at the same venue so you don't have to go anywhere else, so you can attend them the same way. You arrive without unnecessary things immediately in your training uniform, hand over your outerwear and street shoes to the cloakroom, go to the masterclasses :)

• You can change your shoes on the sofa in the foyer and hand over your outerwear and street shoes to the cloakroom. You can bring your own shoe bags or ask for them at the cloakroom

• If you have a rucksack or other unnecessary items that you cannot leave at home, you can bring them with you, but neither the festival nor the concert venue is responsible for their safety.

1. Participation in one of the contests is originally conceived for those who are festival goers and plan to go to the parties anyway
2. There are also times when you suddenly want to stay for the party after the contest. By paying for the ticket, the contestants reserve their place at the party, as the tickets may not be available at the moment
3. Lastly, the access to the venue is done at the same time for spectators, contestants and just party guests. Therefore, all people can be admitted with one single ticket valid for the date of the party/contest.

• The Organiser has refused registration in accordance with clause 5.2. of the Competition Regulations;
• The competition in the category in which the participant was registered was not held in accordance with clause 5.1. of the Competition Rules.

In all other cases the entry fee is non-refundable
